Our menus & Restaurant

The Lord Nelson Restaurant offers outdoor dining in our beer garden and courtyard, and indoor dining in our bar and restaurant, seating up to 70 diners.

Our chefs are committed to using high-quality, seasonal produce and to supporting local farmers and producers. We are also lucky enough to receive frequent donations of beautiful fruit and vegetables from the Winthorpe allotments.

Ale, Wine & Gin

The Lord Nelson is both a 'drinking' and 'eating' pub. Our large, open-plan bar is warm and welcoming with plenty of seating, and two snugs with squashy leather sofas and open fires.

We offer a selection of cask and real ales, and imported lagers, as well as Gremillet, Taittinger and Veuve Clicquot champagne, and Prosecco by the glass.

Our 30-bottle wine list was developed in consultation with Ann et Vin, offering wines by the glass and by the bottle. From a 2012 Henri Dubosc claret to our ever-popular Cloud Factory Sauvignon Blanc and a rather special Artesa white Rioja, there's a wine for all people and dishes.

We've also curated a rather fabulous gin collection with over 25 different bespoke gins and accompanying mixers and bitters.
